Shipping method used is USPS Priority Shipping. In most cases, packages will arrive in 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Every effort will be made to ship orders same day received. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday. Return & Exchange Policy
You may return any item purchased on our website within 30 days from purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility and expensive of the customer.
IMPORTANT: Closeout items, holiday or seasonal items and Gift Cards are ineligible for exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
Manufacturer's box must not be used as external shipping container, please do not use tape on the manufacturer's box. If you believe an item is defective, please indicate the defect on the packing slip included with your shipment. Defective items are subject to inspection before any credits or exchanges can be given.
